Carrie-Ann Moss Headed To Chuck

FIRST PUBLISHED: July 31, 2011 3:59 PM EDT LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Carrie-Ann Moss is headed to the small screen, according to a new report. The actress most famous for her role as the butt-kicking Trinity in The Matrix movies has signed on for a recurring role on NBCs spy hit, Chuck, Michael Ausiello of TV Line reports. The brunette beauty, 43, will play Gertrude Verbanski a former spy who now runs Verbanski Corp., according to Ausiello. Additionally, Moss ruthless and deadly character will serve as a love interest for John Casey (played by Adam Baldwin). The Canadian-born stunner will next be seen in Silent Hill: Revelation 3D slated for theatrical release next year alongside Sean Bean and Game of Thrones star Kit Harington.
